For this assignment I had to take more time and effort than for the other ones.I searched the internet for a quote and found it easily. At first I thought writing two pages was too much but when read the texts again I was able to make a connection to the quote. The editing was new for me because I didn't know what a header, footer or a works cited page was. So I had to find out about these things. I was getting headaches from so much thinking about the assigment. I hope I did a good job. We will see.

Advertising affects everyone because, the companies who want to sell their products are always trying to make you feel down, bad or uncool, so that you buy their products.They are putting a price on happiness. They are using "perfect" people to be the image of the products so that everyone who wants to be like them will buy the products.We are being manipulated by companies who want to sell their food to us at anytime of the day and then we are made to feel guilty by other companies that we are eating too much or are lazy so that we buy things to lose weight. So they all win except us. We are being influenced to overeat junk foods but we are expected to look like a toothpick. This advertisement brainwashing starts since we are children. As children our identity is not yet defined so we are easier targets.

One skill i need to practise outside the classroom is the words I use and how I put them together.By writhing more and trying to use the dictionary to find the meaning of words that I dont know. Another way i can learn is by listening to how other people express their opinions or feelings.I would like to improve my punctuation and grammar.

If the internet disappeared tomorrow.It wont really matter to me,because I grew up in small village where we did'nt have access to the internet and i can live without the.And now i use the internet to liten music and send emails, chat with people who are very far a way and i also use the internet for research.Now we are too dependent on the internet for information and social interaction. there are alot of people who are addicted to internet they want to have internet every where. Example cellphone, tv,fast food places coffe shop, library.

I don't really spend a lot of time reading outside of school. Some times I read my emails, facebook, text messages from friends and family in my cellphone or when i see something interesting in the news, I love to read and see what happened. Sometimes I see my wife reads to my baby and I try to read to her too because that makes me happy and it reminds me of when my wife was pregnant. Back then I had to read a lot of pregnancy books to find information of how i could help her. My wife really loves to read and she helps me a lot too, because i have some problems to read. Sometimes i don't understand some words. I read a lot when i'm at school, because I have to read all the stories Jody gives me. I try my best to read more every day because i want to improve my english.

Some of the minor and ridiculous things that makes me laugh is when you have a conversation with your friends and suddenly he said something that has nothing to do with the conversation you were having. it's so hilarious! Another thing that makes me laugh is when you are in the bus and somebody is listening to music and suddenly they start to sing outloud, thinking he is singing to himselfand he doesn't know the rest of the people around him are watching and listening to him. It is more funny when the person who is singing doesn't know the lyrics of the song. When I watch comedy movies I laugh a lot! Sometimes I cry because i can't hold it.

i was so happy when i come to school because i was going to see my friends from last semester.i knew we will have a new teacher for grate eleven.my frist impression when i walk in to the class was the they were alot of student more them the last semester.i saw the teacher jody was grate friendly. i was so excited because iknow that the this new semester will be so much fun.And i was ready to learn and do my best to improve my english.
