Conflict is very essential to most stories. It can turn a character into a hero it can even remove a character from a story. Without conflict most stories would be dull or just too happy, don’t get me wrong being happy is all good in actuality but in a story you want a little fire.

without conflict there is no story line.if you don’t

have story to tell how can you explain what is happening

In a story there should be an idea to what ever story you are telling

And there has to be a setting wether it is in the country or in the citi

Or in a another part of the world or who it is happening to some oun close to you

A conflict is important to all stories to make them interesting. Without conflict, there is no plot in a story. Conflict is what moves the happenings in the story along.Conflics are struggles, internal or external.Internal, a struggle against fate or circumstances, against ideas, practices or customs of other people. It can be a struggle within oneself, with ideas of right or wrong.External, a sruggle involving physical strength against another person or animals or the forces of nature.

In the plot we have internal and external conflict. The conflict happens in the rising action in between introduction and the climax. Usually we have few characters in the story and some time conflict between them to. One side always strong and always win, another week and definitely going to lose. Without conflict I think so the story wouldn't be interesting for us to read. Az more conflict happens  in the story az more it hold a reader's interest to see what going to happend next and next and untill you finnish holl book.

Why is CONFLICT essential to a story? How does 'conflict' fit in with what you already know about 'plot'?

In a story when a person is playing a sports it involves movement. For characters ends facing something that they never had done in the life would be a scary that can be very painful. After facing something  that there never had done can change their life . working on something  that  a person wants and achieving it will bring what that person wants.  Helping others is a way of doing good things.

Just by human nature, we as human beings tend to look at things that interest us. For example: if we see something exciting in the news, but it wouldn't be until the last segment of the news, are natural curiosity would make us want to wait for that last segment of news. Our curiosity is very important tool that keeps the reader/viewer interested and want to keep on top of the story. Now with out conflict involved in a story, we would loss interest very quickly and the reader/viewer will more than likely give up. Conflict is an important tool that is needed in any plot to succeed.
