 Blog#6 Some days are stone Sometimes the hard times won't leave me alone. These are some of the lyrics from the John Denver song "Some days are diamonds". These lyrics are nothing unique but they are special to me, my Uncle who was murdered and whom I was very close to used to say this all the time. Some days are diamonds. To me it means that there are going to be good days and bad days and sometimes those bad days may seem like they last forever. You just have to fight your way through it and persevere. He has been gone for nine years and to this day when things are getting tough I find myself saying this to others the way he said it to me "Some days are Diamonds".
