So my mom was on FaceBook (as always) and she was checking out her friend's page. She recently posted a picture of a cookie cake. But this wasnt just any cookie cake, it was a messed one. It was supposed to say 'Happy Birthday Jessica' but when she got it, it looked more like 'Happu Brithdau Jesso?'! Now you might think this person would walk right into the employees only room and just slap the manager silly, but no, this person said, "Thank you!" and walked away. OMGosh! I would never be able to do that! Like, I would say, "Excuse me, but can I have a refund?" and no. I hope I never have a job where I can mess up that badly!
