I am going to see Wicked at the Fox theatre with three other girls and their moms from my volleyball team. We are having  and I quote"a girls night out". Wicked is coming to the Fox in December right before christmas it is my favorite production so I can't wait to see it again. The songs are amazing! In case you didn't know Wicked is a background story of The Wizard of Oz. It explains how Glenda got to be so nice and how the wicked witch of the west was born green and how she turned evil. I think this is the best broadway musical and it will be great to see it again with my friends! 

Mentors are Good Listeners, Caring friends, Confidence builders, Ordinary People, Advisers, and Guides. Mentors can be wise and trusted counselors or teachers. They also can be an influential supporter. Mentors are committed to making the world a better place and are the guides and keys to success. The bible also talks about mentoring. Elijah was Elisha's mentor. Elijah had a large role in Elisha becoming the prophet he was. This story is a good example of the influence mentoring can make.

Today we watched 2 videos by Marco Tempest. I thought they were very good because he made technology come to life through magic. I liked the http://www.ted.com/talks/marco_tempest_the_magic_of_truth_and_lies_on_ipods.html">second one better because it was easier to understand and seemed to have a bigger objective than the first http://www.ted.com/talks/marco_tempest_the_augmented_reality_of_techno_magic.html">one. I would encourage anyone to watch the videos even if they don't like magic tricks!

In technology class today, we watched a video about How to Tie Your Shoes by Terry Moore. The main point of the video is that if you tie your shoes backwards they will stay tied longer. I agree that if you tie your shoes backwards(the strong way)they will stay tied longer.
