client negotiating video ok....negotiating thats one thing but having customers that are trying to pay a little bit at time is quite excessive. if you can't pay for it don't buy it. it's fairly simple. Yes i am willing tro negotiate pricesw to a certain price most the time but it depends on the project and how far they are wanting to negotiate with it.
