My highlights at Tui Rigde my favourite activity was archery and flying fox.
The one I did not like was indoor hockey, I played for a little while.
When I was asleep Saelem was very noisy and she kept me up nearly all night. Saelem was my biggest challenge!

My highlights at school 2012

On the 8th Feburary room 12,room10,room17,room16,room14 came to Tui Ridge we all did fun activities and the spider came was exciting.
At the disco I lost all my money and the boy was dancing, he gave me some money.
When Harold came to school we learnt about body parts.

It was the school show at Living Well church. We got there on our own cars. We got better at it because we practised lots.
We sang Aotearoa, National anthem haka, Maori boys and kiwi kids.

I can hear the crowd cheering at me. I could hear my mum cheering at me. I hear that my heart is beating so fast.
I see that I am winning, I see that the NZ fans were waving at me.
I feel excited because the crowd is proud of me. I am feling proud of my self, I feel very good .
I was winning until I waved to NZ and my family, so I came second.
I won a sliver medal I am so proud of myself and my country.

Duffy and the best book in the world!

"It's cool to read and it's cool to achieve" was the message Duffy was sharing with us.
It was fun because Scruffy was grumpy through the whole show, he was really really funny.
The characters read the book. They had pretended to be in space. Scruffy had a poo in the rubbish bin showing us how astronauts to go to the toilet in space!
They also went on a pirate ship. The whole school were the trees and some kids were rocks.Tthe ship would tip left and they made it go right.
It was a great show because Scruffy was so funny!

We have been doing clay art. My classifiction was a mammal. I made giraffe. Its body is yellow with black spots and a long neck with white and purple eyes.
Its got a fat tummy and its got a short tail.

The day after Waitangi day the senior school went to Tui ridge for a fun out. We went by bus, it took twenty five minutes to get there.
First we had morning tea we then met the Tui ridge staff, they told us the rules.
After morning tea we played some games like fill the barrel, down the dunnie, amoeba, frisbee throws.
My favourite was the spider web.
I had fun!
