Dear Mum and Dad,
Today a Turk killed my friend, and I killed him back.
Mum, I never thought I would miss you this much. I wish I never enlisted for the Army. I wish I had some of the cake that you, and brother, and sisters make all the time. I miss you alot.
We always have bully beef stew for dinner.
Shells are killing people. When people die, it feels like they are killing my brother, but actually they are killing someone else.

My birthday story

Tomorrow is my birthday. I hope some one in my famliy wakes me up by saying happy birthday. I just can't wait until my birthday (but I can). It's just that I can't wait til I have my new phone - it's blue, just like my uniform.
But there are rules:
1. I can't take it to school
2. If I'm going to a friend's, I have to give it to their mum or dad.
