 My Project The first project that I did was a book creator project. I created a book called "My Dad is an Alien". My book is about how the child finds out that his dad and himself are aliens. They both get their own spaceships and the child can fly his to school insted of taking the bus. This project is worth 30 points and you must include pictures and the normal parts of a book. I think I deserve atleast 25 points on this project, I did not include all of "the normal parts of a book" but I don't think this kind of book needs a table of contents or a copy of the cover to call the title page. The second project that I did was creating an animation of humpty dumpty on flash. I had to re-create the entire poem by using what I already know about flash. I had to also include a song to go along with the mood of the animation. This project is worth 30 points also. This project, for me, was much harder than the other so I don't think I did as well. I was able to get all of the parts, but I was forced, by my limited knowlage, to add my own change to the way the poem is animated. I think I should still get all 30 points because i was more creative than what the directions asked for. The last project that I did was the Code Academy tutorials. This project was just to complete the FizzBuzz project, and one other project of my choice, and the "More with HTML class". The project that I chose was the "Bulid your First Webpage" project. I did all the work in full and I did each component correctly. This project is worth 30 points also. I know that I deserve full credit for this project because the codeacedemy website is proof that I completed each section correctly. For the last 10 points, everyone must have a blog entry for each of the three days that we worked on this project for. The directions for this project are to simply have 3 blog entries, one on each day, and have links included. I deserve the full credit because I have the three blog posts that effectively reflect on my work and I used links in my blog posts. I should earn, at the end of this project, a total of 100 points.
