According to his blog he has 26 cattle. The total weight of his cattle is 41,600 because an average Hereford cow weighs from 1,200-1,600 pounds so I did 1600x26 and got 41,600

yes because in his blog post he talks about is brother saying this "My brother, Joel-a physics and chemistry teacher at Moline High School, whom I teach with, called on my cell and asked if I had heard about Curtis" therefore they are brothers.
7. If you were driving from Moline High School and drove west for six hours where would you be likely to stop? How about south? East? Now choose your favorite of the three spots and why.
Driving 6 hours west you end up at Omaha

Driving East you end up at Indianapolis.
I like Omaha becasue its home of the Collage World Series

Hello everybody, alot of people say cheerleading isnt a sport, heck even i said it but what Ive come to relaize is that cheerleading is very dangerous. It takes some pure athletic ablity to be a cheerleader. Cheerleaders can suffer lifetime injuries if they mess up one little thing thats why they need to be perfect. Some injuries can include everything from a broken leg to a broken neck. With these types of injuries happing to them it can be hard to recover from them. Cheerleaders do some high flying dangers as well if a person isnt caught properly or isnt caught at all the by the person thats suppose to catch them, them and the catcher can get injured badly. Overall cheerleading is a very dangerous sport.

1. This keeps me on the page because you don’t know whats gonna come next so you wait around and wait in anticipation to see.
2. Yes I’m prepared because I don’t post any stupid post or tweets on the internet so I have nothing to hide.
5.I Think students should wear whatever is school appropriate and what is comfortable for them, if teachers ask them to change then they should but I think they should wear what’s school appropriate and nothing that breaks the rules
6. I think teens just have a lot to say because so much happens in one day and if they are no with anybody they just text what happened to a friend or family member.

In this video Robert Lang tells us how people use origami and how they do it. He shows us origami from ancient history and origami now. He tells us that origami has to obey 4 simple laws. Origami has changed because we have more knowlege of math then people did in the past history, also how knowlege is more deveolped.

In this video a stunt man or magician tries to hold his breath for the world record and for how long a person can hold his breath for. He told us the audience that he had done all types of crazy things like living in a box up in the sky in England for 44 days and how hes been frozen in ice for 3 days and 3 nights. He said that holding his breath was the one that changed everything, he tried on live tv but couldnt. He then tried to beat the world record as a human which was 17 minutes, he did it for 17 minutes and 4 seconds.

In this video Keith Barry controls and tricks the brain. In his first stunt he got into a car with a random stranger and blindfolded him self and put a dark bag over his head and started driving. Everyone watching including the stranger though he wasnt going to drive well and thought he would crash, it turns out he drove perfectly back to wear they started from. He also got a coke bottle which doesnt break easily and got a peice of glass and an audience member. HE told the Member to think about any past relationships and to transfer all the bad memories into the peice of glass and put it in the coke botttle. When she did that he told her to think about realsing the energy and to shake the bottle, when she did the bottom of the bottle burst into peices. This was very cool and I think brain control is much different than regular magic because regular magic doesnt make you think as much as brain magic.

1. Are the Jansen creatures alive? Why or why not? This is a really hard question to answer--what is life? They are not alive because they store the wind which makes them walk; they are also made of a stick type material. They also can’t eat, sleep, or drink any food or water.
2. Review each game in a 3-4 sentence paragraph. What is the game, what is trying to teach you, and did it work?
3rd World Farmer- This game is when you have a family and you try to support you family by buying food, shelter, and clothing for them. This game is trying to teach you the value of money and how you should spend it, this game works because you have to be careful with your money just like you have to be careful with you money in the real world.
3D Architecture- This game is when you build a house for a client you have, This game teaches you how to build a house and that it’s hard to account for everything you need and have. This game works because it shows how to build a house and what you need to put to build a house.
Tall Buildings- This game has many of the tallest buildings in the world, it’s trying to teach us what the tallest buildings are, where there located, and how they were built.
Power play- This game is to try and teach you how power works and how to use it, it works because it makes sense and teaches you what power you have to use.
Ayiti- This game is almost like 3rd world farmer because it’s in a 3rd world country but you have to send the people either to school, work, work on the family farm, or hospital, this game teaches you or shows you what career is best for you or for other people.
Driven to Distraction- This game is when you have to drive through the right numbers but while texting. This game helps you learn not to text and drive because it is hard and will get you seriously hurt or killed
Darfur is Dying-This game is about how you have to go forge for water but you have to hide from the militia, this game teaches you what it’s like in Darfur and what the people have to go through to get water or anything like that.
3. Do games help learning?
Some games do help learning like if it’s a math game it teaches you how to subtract or multiply. If you need help in a school subject you can play a game and it will be fun and you will retain what you learn

• 1.Of the four major categories of disabilities (visual, motor, cognitive, hearing) which one do you think would pose the greatest challenges for a computer user. Why? Include specifics. I think visual disability would pose the greatest challenge because using the computer you have to see what your during if you cant see its going to be hard to use the computer.
• 2.Dealing with a disability can be frustrating. What are three ways a web designer can design a less frustrating website for those who have a disability? A web designer can design a less frustrating website for those who have disabilities by making it screen reader friendly, having captioned videos for the deaf, and eye tracking software.
• 3.Try getting to the CNN website without using your mouse. How did that change the experience? Did you get frustrated? It made me realize that the little things like seeing and hearing have en affect on you. Yes it did make me frustrated because I wanted to click the link but I couldn’t.
• 4.What is our obligation to serve those with disabilities?
Our obligation is to make sure they have the same things people without disabilities have.
