I am reading the book Ohio in words and pictures by Dennis B. Faradin. Inside the book they will give you information about who were the first people to ever live in Ohio. Millions of years ago, there were plenty of Dinosaurs but no people here. Oceans covered the land. Finally, the water dried. Minerals were left in land. This is why Ohio is so rich in coal,salt,oil, and limestone.
