A couple of months ago, my class went to Quebec. It was sweet!!! We spent a couple of days in Quebec city and then we went to a city were we met our exchanges. We did some pretty awesome stuff with them and then, they came here. Here is some things we did with them.
During the week, we did lots of things. The first thing we did, was go to a lake. We went tubing and had lots of fun. Then, we went to a place called Barkerville. It is an old town from the gold rush times. The day after, we went our school. We introduced our twins to our entire school. After that, we went to a sports center to play sports. We also went geo-caching and had lots of fun. We had to drive to Mount Robson the next day, then we hiked it. After that, we went bowling and did many activities in our city. We also had a dance to say farewell to our exchanges that night. The next day, we did whatever we wanted until it was time to go to a barbeque. It was the last thing we did with our twins. After the barbeque, we drove them to the airport. We had to say goodbye forever. It was very sad.
We did some pretty amazing things with our exchanges that I will never forget. This was one of the best trips in my life I ever had.

Hey! I am C.M. and guess what? We are going to talk about me! Whoohoo! I love all sorts things like sports reading and video games. Here is all about me.
First of all I love sports. I play hockey, soccer, basketball and volleyball. I also ski. Hockey is my favorite. Basketball is also pretty awesome. Skiing is just super epic while you are zooming down the hill. Soccer is not as fun, but I still like it. I am pretty good at skiing and playing hockey and basketball. I will play mostly any sport that comes my way. Sports are a fun way to be active and have fun.
I also love video games. I like to play anything like Wii or Xbox. Don't think that's all I do though, because I also love to read. My favorite books are Hunger games, Malice, Gone, Percy Jackson, Unwanteds, The Roar, Harry Potter, Unwind, Maze runner, Unwind and Rangers Apprentice. Books are great.
Those are my favorite things, but now about my life. I have one brother and one sister. I love to play with Lego too and create whatever I want. I have some hockey nets and a basketball net which I use a lot. I have a Wii and a DS too. I have my own room. I like to play with the kids that live in the same cul-de-sac as me.
Well that is all about me. What do you like to do? What sports do you play? What is your favorite book?
Thanks -cm

That was an amazing trip! We went to Carnival for a day. We had tire sur la neige and other maple things. Yummy. The Carnival parade was so cool. The next day, we met our twins. They were super nice. When we went to school with them, it was weird. We did so many cool activities like we went to a military base and a museum. They have a rock climbing wall, so we rock climbed. With my exchange we had lots of fun. We went sledding and all sorts of stuff. On our free day , we went skiing and we had a goodbye dance. It was so fun. The flights wet well on the way back, it was cool. What I learned about myself is that I am pretty good at speaking French! I could live in Quebec and still get by easily. I also found out that I can get along well with people I don't even know.

Guess what? Our class is going to Quebec! I am so excited. Fist we will spend 2 days at carnival and then we will go to a small city that is near Saquenay for an exchange. We will spend one week there with our host family and later they will come to our houses for a week. With our exchange students we will do lots of awesome stuff. I am excited the most for Carnival, the maple syrup and poutine. Being with my exchange family will be fun too. I am so excited, though I am a little nervous about being with the other familly. Well, that is what we are doing in Quebec. Can't wait!

Do you have a favorite book? One that you where wowed by? I have one. One of my favorites was Malice by Chris Wooding. It was epic!
Malice is about a comic book, an evil comic book that has a real world to it. Everyone thinks that it's just silly that you can be taken to a world inside a comic book. Then one of Seth's and Kady's best friends disappears to malice and then the rumors seem real. They decide to try to get to malice and they do. In malice they have adventures and near death experiences. They even make some friends. Then they want to find out how to stop malice and set off to the oubliette, the most dangerous place of all of malice.
This book is truly amazing and suspenseful. It is also super well written. I recommend it to people who like action and suspense. Read it!!!!
There is also a sequel called Havoc. It is also amazing.

Are you reading this? So you're spending your time reading this blog about privacy polices rather than doing something more exciting! Ha! I got you now didn't I? You want to read my blog now! Now down to business. Well, have you ever actually clicked on a privacy policy? You never know what the site might do with your information. I checked out 3 sites and they where Candyland, Nabisco World and Neopets. All of them had decent privacy polices, but some where better than others. Here are my thoughts.
My opinion is that candy lands privacy policy is the best. They have a privacy policy seal called TrustE. It's also very safe for kids and they protect personal information well and only use it to improve their site. The one thing they use emails for is to send you information on new products. I thought that they had a pretty good privacy policy.
My least favorite privacy policy was Neopets. From reading it, I found that they don't protect personal information as well as the other companies. They may transfer personal information to different servers than normal. They use the information to improve their site. I just didn't really like this privacy policy.
So that is my personal opinion. You may think different, but that is what I learned about privacy polices.

Being Safe on the Internet
At Web Café I learned a lot of things. I now know more on how to be safe on the internet. I learned that to check where a link goes to, hover your cursor over the link and it will tell you where it leads to. Another thing I did not know is that banks never send you emails. If you get an email that says it’s from a bank, it is certainly a scam. Speaking of emails if you do not recognize the sender for an email, do not open the mail, you might get a virus. When online, never accept “free” things because the usually ask for personal information. So don’t click on unknown sites or emails to stay safe on the internet. So, this is what I learned at Web Café.
