 The movie review for the Hunger Games Hi! I saw the Hunger Games movie on Saturday and it was awesome! I am going to review the movie and tell you my opinion. THE MOVIE IS AWESOME=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://!!! It is very intense. Before warned that it has a PG-13 rating. The movies topic, teens fighting to the death for public entertainment is about a PG-13 rating, don't ya think? The Reaping scene is very intense. Prim is very nervous and for any of you that are extremely emotinal this might pull a few tears. The training and interviews are pretty funny. They are not that bad. Peeta proclaims his love for Katniss which might make a few of you roll your eyes and encourage her to shoot him in the arena. For those of you who didn't read the books [shame on you!] this is Peeta's strategy to protect him and Katniss. Turns out it wasn't a strategy for Peeta. The conversation Katniss has with Peeta the night before the Games is prety interesting and not super emotional. Try not to get to attached to any of the characters 'cause 22 of them don't make it out alive. The scene where Katniss is getting ready to be launched into the Arena is pretty intense. The minute before the Games begin is really intense. As soon as the gong sounds, beware! A lot of people die. Cato is an extremely violent killing machine. All the scenes in the Arena are intense. The wildfire scene, tracker jackers, and close range fighting are pretty awesome and violent. If you are scared of wasps, cover your eyes during the tracker jacker scene!
The scene where Rue dies IS SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO sad. Rue is one of the only people Katniss cares about and her death is really sad. The mutt scene is scary 'cause the mutts come out of the middle of nowhere and Cato is really bloody and he now knows that he's not going to win the games so the realization that you're going to die probably is depressing. When he dies it is pretty gruesome. WARNING: This movie is not for the faint of heart or weak of stomach. A lot of the tributes die with their eyes open so it's really weird. Overall the movie is very good. The actors are really good, the script is almost exactly like the book. The clothes,costumes,reapings,arena scenes and other parts are almost exactly like the book. The girl who plays Katniss is awesome. She plays Katniss perfectly. Jennifer Lawrence is awesome! Josh Hutcherson is almost exactly like Peeta with wit,charm and care. Haymitch is really funny. Effie is really weird and funny with her perfect manners and "colorful' makeup. I GIVE THE MOVIE A 10 OUT OF 10=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://!!!! I like to scrapbook and make my on presents for people\family. I have a interest not patience though in learning how to sew. I love to run and bike ride with my friends and I could talk for hours about various subjects. I love learning about women in the past who made a difference. my fave quote is:Well Behaved Women Rarely make A Difference. I am very girly though I am fine getting dirty. I love to watch action\adventure movies with my family and Chick flicks with my friends. I love comedy's though. I am dramatic but will not pursue a career in acting. Stagefright! I like speaking to people and I like talking during our school assembly's. I would like to make a difference and I love helping people.
