Why Donavan Feels Disappointed After he Talks To His Grandma

Article posted April 30, 2012 at 03:30 PM GMT • comment • Reads 340

I am going to tell you why Donavan feels disappointed after he talks to his grandma. The reason he is disappointed is because he doesn’t want to sell his words. But he realizes that he can make someone happy if he does.

Donavan feels disappointed because the grandma’s solution didn’t help Donavan so he still doesn’t know what to do. The grandma’s solution was that he could sell his words to other people and Donavan doesn’t want to sell his words.

Donavan goes downstairs to the senior citizens building to try and sell his words. He saw the guard of the building “Bill Gut’’, and a woman arguing so Donavan got a word from the jar and showed them. Then the guard and the woman smiled and started agreeing.

So now he realizes that he made someone happy by his words. Now I have told you why Donavan felt disappointed after he talked to his grandma. I hope you liked it.

How Children Saved Stranded Puffins

Article posted March 27, 2012 at 04:11 PM GMT • comment • Reads 264

Do you want to know how children saved stranded puffins? I am going to inform you how they saved the puffins if you read on. I hope you enjoy it.

First they made boxes to put the stranded puffins in. Then they would get there flashlights and search for them. They would search everywhere like in dark places, corners, and high places.

When they caught a puffin they would nestle it in their hands. Then they would put it in the box. When they put it in the box they make sure there safe and secure.

When they got to the ocean they would get a puffin and swing three times. After they swing the puffin they let them go. The puffins would splash in the ocean too. I wonder if it makes a big noise?

I wonder how a puffins skin feels maybe its really soft or maybe its really rough. Now I have told you how kids saved puffins. I really hoped you liked it.

I Would Like a Dog

I Would Like a Dog

A lot of friends and people have dogs and was wondering if you could let me have one, and I just feel left out a little. I have been imploring for a dog my whole life. I feel miserable without one.

If you get me a dog I will look after it by making sure it does not make a mess. I can keep it down stairs, outside, or maybe in my room. I can also make sure it wont spill dog food all over the place, and to keep from having accidents in the house and I will take him outside every hour.

I can also clean your room like I can sweep downstairs, your room, and mop all the bathrooms, and help mom and you separate the laundry. I can also help spray and fold the laundry and put it all away.

I will try my best on tests. I will try and get 3s and 4s on all math, reading, and science tests. If I don’t get a three or four I will go in for lunch and get a four or a very high three.

I will take very good care of it and now I hope I have persuaded you into getting me a dog.

The gift that describes my home is my rocks. They are very, very, special to me.
When my dad got home from work on one afternoon, he surprised me with very pretty rocks that are special.
They were very shiny, It was dark pink, and it had a shape like a small mountain. It was my favorite rock in the whole wide world!
My rocks describe my home because my family gave it to me, and it reminds me of when I was little because I loved the color pink.
Now I have told you how it is like my home. What would you give for a present that will describe your home?

Getting bit

Article posted November 7, 2011 at 03:50 PM GMT • comment • Reads 317

Dear Amerie,
Today I got really scared about my dad and the snakes in the desert. It was very hot today and my dad got bit and I got very, very scared.
I think I heard it by a bush. Then while he was raking, the snake hit the bush.
I screamed and I said there is a snake but then it came at my dad as fast as lighting. He fell down and he did not get up for a couple minutes.
I was so scared. Then he got up and I gave him water and he was fine. He felt dizzy.
There was a scrape on his knee but I wonder if the snake bit him inside his skin or it just hit him very badly. I was glad he did not die. I hope you write back.

Your Friend,
Elianna

A lot of people still love Lou Gahrig to this day. He supported his family. He got a 1,500 bonus to play baseball for the New York Yankees and his family needed money. Lou Gahrig had good sportsmanship. He was always there for the games even if he was sick. Lou Gahrig took himself out of the games. He was not hitting or catching the ball so he was not helping his team mates by losing. Now I have told you how people still love Lou Gahrig this day.
