Bullying is when someone is hurt physically or emotionally by another persons actions or words. I know that hitting, saying mean things about, gossiping, and excluding someone are ways of bullying.A person who is a victim of bullying can tell a teacher, tell other kids so they can stand up together, or tell a parent. I as a student of our school can stand up for people being bullied. I can also tell a teacher, parent, or adult I trust about the bullying if the person being bullied is scared to tell.

The book I read is called "Cross my heart adn hope to spy". This book is the same as other books I have read, because it is a mystery, and it keeos you on your toes so you will want to read. This book is different from other books I have read, becuase this is the only book I have read about spies. I feel like this book is better than the other books I have read. I think that it is better than any book I have ever read, because it has more imagery and it has an interesting plot. I would reccoment this book to as many people as possible. I agree with the actions of the characters, because they did what they were suppose to do to keep the secrets of thier school safe. My book relates to my life, becuase they have secrets that they need to keep safe, and so do I.

I am going to read the book The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants the Third Summer of the Sisterhood. I think this book is going to be about how the four friends go off to collage and face challenges that they will need the pants and each other for.

Quote Interpretation

The quote I chose is, "Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into friend." Martin Luther King, Jr. I think this quote meant that if you love your enemy that they will become your friend. I could apply this to my own life, by loving my enemies, and they can become my friends. Yes, this quote could be used to make a positive change in someones attitude, because they could have more friends after they love their enemies. This could make a difference in the world, because everyone would be loved, and have friends in the world.

Some "tools" poets use when writing a poem are: metaphors, similes, imagery details, dramatic effects, rhyme schemes, and rhythm.

A Book I read

My favorite book that I read this year is Scrumble. The character that I hate the most is Sara Jane. I hate Sara Jane, because she is a reporter, and I hate reporters. I hate reporters, because they only want a good story for their paper, they don't care about the truth. A trait I could change about Sara to not make me hate her, is to make her an annoying cousin rather than a reporter. No, I do not think any of the characters represent real people. I think that Ledge would be related to the authors personality, because Ledge is always running away from things that he messes up, like the author.

If I could take the mystery test over I again I would. Instead of waiting to study in fourth and trying to study in fifth hour, I would study the night before the test and every chance I got to study that day before sixth hour, when I had to take the test.I would also give the paper to someone for them to tell me a word and I would tell them the definition, and they would read the definition to me and I would tell them the word. This plan would work better and give me an "A" because I would have more time to study and I would actually know what the words mean, instead of procrastinating.
