A healthy choice is a good life style.Healthy food gives you energy.Unhealthy food does not give you energy.I like to eat whole wheat toast with peanut butter.
I like to eat ceral grapes and strawberis
my budies likes to eat

santa was just getting ready santa started of at the trail and he got lost in the big storm he coulded find his way ack then he said how am i going to drop of the present roudouf u can light up your noes to night and he got all the kids presents safely and then he came home.

there once was a fish and he use to not swim cause his tale was broken then he went to the fish doctor than he had surgery then he felt better now he swims faster then a shark.
