Today in class we tried many different web activities, a fun game we played was about being a 3rd world farmer. I got the 2nd top score in the world for today until I told my friends how I got all the money. If you want to play this game click here.

I personally added a border to the picture which I believe is easy to do now while I still need to improve on other effects such as remembering on how to do the pencil draw effect.

Today in class I learned how to make clouds in fireworks using these tutorials. It was kind of hard to do at first but its easy once you know what to do.

After reading this article, which claims some people get offended by Halloween costumes. In my personal opinion I can see how people get offended but I think its not that big of a deal, in reality I think this article exaggerates on how Halloween really is and in the end its all just for fun.
What do you think?

My thoughts on the three water fountains next to guidance is that since there is a lot of staff and students who use the staircase everyday.
Upstairs also gets very hot during the summer and students who take the staircase might be thirsty and if there was one water fountain there might be a long line for it.

Fauja Singh is a 100 year old man who just recently set a record for being the oldest person to finish a full-length marathon (26 miles 385 yards), he managed to set this record by finishing the marathon in 8 hours, 25 minutes and 16 seconds.
He is very happy doing what he currently does. Not being interested in the money as he gives it to charity, recent health tests show that he even has bones as healthy as of a 35 year old. If you wish to read more about this topic click here.

Today in class we learned how to add effects to photos using Fireworks, Using this tutorial I've learned how to change the color of objects. Another cool effect that you can make are horizontal lines that go through the picture, you can find out how to do the effect by clicking here.
Hopefully you can learn how to use these effects as well.

Today our class took a typing test. Its a test to figure out how many words you can type within a minute without making mistakes that reduce from your score.
My personal best was 61 words per minute with one mistake which took me about 5-6 tries to get, try it yourself and see what score you can get.
