Principal for a Day

Article posted February 17, 2012 at 03:56 PM GMT • comment • Reads 105

If I were principal for a day, I would run the school. I would let kids play on their phones during lunch or any free time. I would give every grade one period of recess. I would make 7th and 8th grade lunch at 12:00, and it would be 1 hour long. I would permit snacks in all classes. I would make all classes have no homework. I would give out candy to the 7th grade. I would let the students wear anything they want. Finally, I would let students swim in the pool as they pleased.

The Italian flag is Green, White, and Red. The geography of Italy is mountainous, volcanic, lakes, islands, and irrigated land. Italy has no current leader or president. Italy’s currency is Euros. The literacy rate is 98.9. The average age for males is 64.30. The average age for females is 42.4. The average national product for Italy is 1.88 trillion.

The climate of Italy is hot summers, and cold winters. It is rarely cold in the daytime. The soil is fertile, so it is easy to grow products. Some natural resourses are: minerals, natural gasses, and fish.
Some Italian customs are air kissing on both cheeks, having tight knit families. Italians celebrate the Christian holidays like Christmas and Easter. They are renowned for the special foods like pizza and pasta.

If you visit Italy, you could go skiing, see the Vatican, go to a Milan fashion show, explore Mt. Vesuvius, and go to beautiful beaches. Some sights to see are the Leaning Tower Of Pisa, or the Coliseum in Rome. Italys big cities are a beautiful sight to see. The Leaning Tower of Pisa leaned from the time it was built as it did not have a good foundation od bedrock. The Italians have been trying to keep it from falling over for centuries. That is why it is so cool to go to see.

Italy is a very beautiful country. It is a big tourist attraction, has great recreational activities, and it a good time all together. That is why chose to write about Italy.

"The tradition of the New Year's Resolution goes all the way back to 153 B.C. Janus, a mythical king of early Rome was placed at the head of the calender." This is a quote from Wiki Answers. This is where I think new years resolutions comes from.

My new years resolution is spend less money. I shop a lot with my friends and waste a lot of money. So my new years resolution is to spend less money.
