New Year Resolutions
The tradition of making New Year resolutions started during the Babylonian times. It has been said that Julius Caesar started the tradition of making New Year resolutions on January First. Making resolutions was a way to honer "the Roman mythical god Janus, who's two faces allowed him to look back into the past year and foward to the new year." The Roman people mostly made their resolutions to seek forgiveness from their enemies.
My first resolution is to make my bed every day. Usually my mom makes my bed for me. If she sees me making my bed every day, she'll be very proud of me. :) My second resolution is to get better grades in Spanish. I don't get good grades in Spanish because I talk too much in class and I don't really learn a lot. My third resolution is meet my inspiration, the one and only, Justin Drew Bieber. I have been a Belieber (a HUGE Justin Bieber fan) since I've heard his song 'One Time' on the radio back in December '09. My room is filled with posters of him. I can't even see my walls anymore. I stalk him 24/7. I HAVE to meet him.
