Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. 1.in 6.1 i learned that different surface types can have friction.i learned that the more mass something has,the more friction.in 6.3 i learned that different surface types have different friction
2.i used a spring scale that weighed the weight of the block
3.i learned that you should only change one varibale so you know what changed

Chimacum creek got a score of 21.And yellow jacket creek got a score of 25.yellow jacket creek got the highest score.Chimacum was more polluted than yellow jacket.Thats why yellowjacket scored more

water pollution is water that has oil and garbage and getting walked on.That is water pollution.
2)What are some sources of water pollution?
One source of wp(water pollution)is from people.Another source is from anaimal droppings.
3)what are some consequences of water pollution?
Fish can die and there habitat can get fined.If garbage,plastic,and oil get? in the water.
4)what can be done to improve the quality of water after it has become polluted?
We can pick up paper,cardboard,and glass and recycle it.
5)What are some actions that can be taken to help prevent from becoming polluted?
don't dump dirty water on the sidewalk dump it n the grass instead
