We have three 6th grade Science classes and two 8th grade Science classes blogging here from the Pacific Northwest in Chimacum, WA! Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. my blog of friction 1.in 6.1 i learned that different surface types can have friction.i learned that the more mass something has,the more friction.in 6.3 i learned that different surface types have different friction

2.i used a spring scale that weighed the weight of the block

3.i learned that you should only change one varibale so you know what changed
