First in the water cycle it goes from evaporation to water vapor to some form of precipitation to transpiration to groundwater. Evaporation is warmth From the sun and causes water from lakes, and streams and soils to turn into water vapor in the air. Water vapor is water in a gas form that is held in the air until it changes back to water. Precipitation is made up of any type of water that falls to the earth like snow, hail, mist or rain. Transpiration happens when plants give off water vapor. Condensation is the opposite of evaporation. It takes place when water vapor in the air condenses from a gas. Energy,rain-when temperature is warm, like during the spring or summer, clouds get so full of water that rain starts to fall. Groundwater is simply water under the ground where the soil is completely filled or saturated with water! One fact about the water cycle is: water is the only thing that can be a gas, liquid, and a solid. Also rain doesn't just occur in the spring and the summer it can occur really anytime. Evaporation I think can happen when it's warm or cold even. That is what I have about the water cycle.

In the water cycle the thing that comes first comes water evaporation. Then it goes up and makes a cloud that gets heavy and eventually gets so heavy that it just dumps all of the water out in little drops called rain. So it just rains and evaporates and does that whole cycle all over again every day, week, month, and year.

The WATER CYCLE is reall important. If we didn't have the water cycle the world would always be dry because the SUN would keep it dry. The order is EVAPORATION, CONDENSATION, PRECIPITATION, and COLLECTION. Evaporation is when the water evaporates in the air. Condensation is when the water forms into a cloud. Precipition is when the RAIN, SNOW, or HAIL falls out of the sky. Collection is when all the water reunites together in oceans and lakes. That is what the water cycle does. TRANSPIRATION is when the water from the plants evaporates into the air. You can also call "water going into the air" water VAPOR.

The sun beams at the clouds and the water collects within them. Now its rains and it goes in the sea. Now it does the same thing all over again. This cycle is made up of a few main parts: evaporation (and transpiration) condensation precipitation collection

The water cycle is how the water works. It goes from the eath to the sky and back to the eath again. It all starts when it gets warm and water turns into gas that you cant see this is called evaporation and thats why there are clouds wich is a group of water vapor. Another way that water evaporates is when water from plants comes out of leaves and into vapor this is called transporation. then when the clouds get hevy it rains this is called precipitation. then it starts all over again.

the water cycle is not all that complex. the water cycle never ends either. some people think the water cycle is just the simple precipitation, evaporation, and condensation. but, there is also transperation, penetration(where the water enters the mountain), runoff, and groundwater. oh, and i almost forgot accumulation.

here's some info about the Water Cycle. the suns warmth causes the water from streams, lakes, ice and soils turn in to water vapor it goes into the air. Almost all of the precipitated water (80 percent). It goes right back to the air because of the evaporation. The rest of the water runs off the land or it soaks into the ground to become ground water. For every inch of the water that seeps in to the ground. Plants get rid of waste by giving off water vapor. And that happens through tiny pores int he leaves. Condensation is the opposite of evaporation. When water vapor is in the air condenses from a gas, back into a liquid and the leaves returns to the surface. Evaporation is also when the sun heats the water in lakes or the ocean.

Evaporation

Heat from the sun turns ice and other water sources into water vapor. when it rains 80% of the water turned into water vapor and comes back down.

water vapor

water in the form of gas is called water vapor and stays in the air and clouds until it rains. water makes drops by consending and then we get clouds. then the drops get big and we have precipitation or rain.

Precipitation

Precipitation is also called rain, slush, hail and snow. different places have different levels of precipitation (inches) . Most precipitation evaperats and transpires and the water never reaches the lakes or other water sources.

Transportation

Transportation is like when plants sweat the sweat comes through their leaves and it goes into the air and beacomes water vapor. the water vapor comes out to the pores in the leaves. after it is in the air it collects and then it rains.

Condensation

Condensation is when water vapor condsend into liquid and it forms drops. the drops get bigger and bigger until it rains.

Energy

Sunshine makes water warm and then it makes steam and then it makes condensation in the clouds and then it rains. When water wings in the ocean the water evaporates from energy( the sun )and salt gets left behind.

Groundwater

Groundwater is water in and on top of the ground , it's usually from a larger water source. If groundwater is under the ground the water becomes muddy and can become contaminated with fertilizer, plant killer and other chemicals. Groundwater moves from pressure by other water sources and gravity.

EVAPORATION

Evaporation is when warmth from the sun causes water from lakes, streams, ice, rivers and soils to turn into water vapor in the air. Also all of the precipited water (80 percent)goes rite back to the air because of evaporation. The rest of the water runs off the land or soaks into the ground to become ground water. In other words (if you couldn't understand that) the water that is on the ground turns into water vapor. Then it turns into cloud the more water vapor that gathers it gets heavyer.Soon it can't travel very easy so it rains.

WATER VAPOR

Water vaporis water in a gas form that is held in the air until it changes back to water. You know in the summer when it is sticky outside-that's just water held in the air.The water can change into fine droplets by"condensing" in the air,and we get clouds. When droplets are big enough they are pulled to the earth by gravity as precipitation.Or better known as rain, sleet, snow, hail, dew or frost. So it's gravitys fault that cold and wet stuff is brought down to the earth.

PRECIPITATION

Precipitation is made of any type of water that falls into the earth like snow,hIl,mist or rain.In Wisconsin they get about 30-32 inches of precipitation each year. Most os it (80 perecent)evaporates or transpires through plants and never reaches lakes, streams or ground water. The rest about 6-10 inches of precipitation runs off into streams, lakes, wetlands,or rivers or it soaks right into the ground. For every inch of water that runs off the land and inot surface water 3 inches seep into the ground to the water table in southern Wisconson. In the middle of the state where they have sandy soil,9 inches of waterseep in the ground for every one inch that runs off the land and into surface water.By thewaythis is based on wisconisin so you don't mix it up.Hey I had to use somewhere for an example.

TRANSPIRATION

Transpiration happens when plants give off water vapor through tiny pores in their leaves. This is the plants way of getting rid of waste.Just like people and animals sweat in hot weather! This water vapor evaporates into the air and is stored in the atmosphere until it becomes clouds or precipitation.Well that is somerging new=http://

CONDENSATION

Condensation is the opposite of evaporation. It takes place in the air condenses from a gas, back into a liquid form. Then leaves from the atmospherreturning to the surface of the Earth.Usually in order for it to take place the atmosphere must be fully saturated. In other words the maximum vapor pressure must have been reached. In addition to beingsaturated the nature of water requires that their be a surface upon which water can condense. The surface could be blades of grass or windows. In the condensation often takes place around dust particles ir other particles suchas smoke and even microscopic bacteria.

ENERGY

SUNSHINE-The sun shines on water in rivers, lakes, streams, wetlands and oceans and makes the water warmer. This turns the water into vapor or steam. The water vapor leaves the lake or ocean or river and goes into the air,to become a cloud.

EVAPORATION-Evapporation is when the sun heats up water in a lake or river or ocean and turns it into water vapor or steam. The water vapor or steam leaves the river or lake or ocean and goes into the air,to become a cloud.

RAIN-When the temperature is warm clouds get so fill of water that it starts to rain. The rain falls onot the land and runs into streams or rivers, runs into lakes or oceans. Some rain that falls soaks into the ground and stays there until plants drink it or until it goes deep enough that it is called ground water and goes into people's wells.

SNOW-Snow is just like rain except it falls when the air is cold like in late fall or winter.Snow usually stays on top of the ground until it melts and becomes water then runs into streams or rivers. Some of the water from the melted snow goes into the ground for plants and people to drink.

STREAMS AND RIVERS- Rivers and streams carry water into the ocean. They sometimes carry water from a long way away. The Mississippi River carries water from Minnesota and Canada to the Gulf of Mexico. When it is warm the water in the rivers or streams heats up and leaves the rivers or streams and becomes vapor or steam then becomes a cloud.

OCEANS-Oceans are like really big lakes.Rivers and streams carry all the water that comes from rain and melted snow into oceans.Qhen the water gets into the oceans it mixes and becomes salty. When the sun shines the water warms up and turns into vapor whitch becomes a cloud. Most of the water on earth is in oceans.

MOUNTAINS AND ICE-Some of the snow that falls onto the mountains stays there for a lomg time cause it is so cold on the top of the mountains. This snow can turn into ice and sometimes even glaciers.Aniw and ice on the top of mountains can some times stay on the top of mountains for hundreds of years till it finally melt down and into streams and rivers.

GROUND WATER-Ground water is simly water under the ground where soil is completely filled or saturated with water. This water is also an "aquifer."Ground water moves underground from areas where the elevation is high like a hilltop to places that are lowland areas.water movement is slow.It could have anywhere from one millimeter to a mile each day.Where the water table meets the ground a spring might bubble or seep from the ground and flow into to a lake, river, stream, wegland.Grouns water that meets the land surface also helps keep rivers, streams, lakes and wetlands filled with water.

evaporation comes first:warmth from the lakes, ice, streams, and soils to turn into water vapor in the air.almost all of the precipatated water goes right back into the air because of evaporation.the rest runs off the land or soaks into the ground to become ground water.

the second thing is Transpiration: Transpiration happens when plants give off water vapor through tiny pores in their leaves. This is the plants way of getting rid of waste, just like people and animals sweat when they are hot, This water vapor evaporates into the air and is stored in the atmosphere until it becomes clouds or precipitation.

the third thing is condisation:Condensation is the opposite of evaporation. It takes place when water vapor in the air condenses from a gas, back into a liquid form, and leaves the atmosphere, returning to the surface of the Earth.

the fourth is presipatation:Precipitation is made up of any type of water that falls to the earth like snow, hail, mist, or rain. Here in Wisconsin, we get about 30-32 inches of precipitation every year.

the fifth is ground water:Ground water is simply water under the ground where the soil is completely filled or saturated with water. This water is also called an "aquifer."

the sixth is water vapor:Water vapor is water in a gas form that is held in the air until it changes back to water. You know, sometimes it is sticky outside in the summer that is just water held in the air.

the last is energy: The sun shines on water in rivers, lakes, streams, wetlands and oceans and makes the water warmer. This turns the water into vapor or steam. The water vapor leaves the lake or ocean or river and goes into the air, where it becomes a cloud.

This is my clip I'm sorry that precipitation is spelled wrong. I worked hard this and to re spell it I would have had to edit like 40 clips. The words are evapotranspiration which is evaporation and transpiration cramer together but they both mean evaporation just one is ground water and one is plant sweat. Condensation which is when water droplets condense in the are making clouds.last but not least is precipitation and it is when water comes down from clouds in any form (ex snow , rain,or hale.)

Sorry it's sideways thats the way I drew it.hehe

- Evaporation occurs when water warms and changes to water vapor.

- Condensation occurs when water vapor cools and turns back in to water droplets.

-Precipitation (rain,snow.sleet.and hail)falls from the clouds down to earth.

The water cycle is very important to us. Here is a game to help you. Scratch Game.

Precipitation is sleet rain snow or hail. Evaporation is water vapor this happens whenever it gets really hot.

Transpiration is when plants sweat, sounds weird right. Well they sort of sweat, the water evaporates and turns into water vapor. Condensation is when water vapor in the air condenses from a gas back into liquid form and returns to the earths atmosphere. Here is a gamehttp://www.doink.com/ipad/clip/gdnK3YLRZM0

1.What is water pollution? well it's contamination of water bodies such as lakes, rivers, oceans, ground water, ect.

2.What are some sources of water pollution? Well 14 billion pounds of garbage is being dumped into the oceans every year. Another source is factories, refineries, waste treatment plants, ect.

3.What are the consequences of water pollution? Well it can be disastrous for both humans and the ecosystem .14,000 humans are suffering from waterborne diseases every day! Water pollution effects the chemical and physical properties of water afecting the life present inside the water.

4.What can we do to improve water quality. Well we can drive less because the pollution from the gas is geting into the water. Another way is to stop using chemicals like pesticide and herbicide because they get into our water polluting it.

5.What can you do to prevent water from being polluted? One thing to do is dispose of used oil, antifreeze, paints, ect. properly which means not in sewers or drains. Another thing to do is have your septic system [if you have one] inspected and pumped every three to five years. One last thing to do is purchase household detergents and cleaners that are low in phosphorous to reduce the pollution flowwing into our water.

Water is used everywhere in the world,we need it everyday for drinking, cooking and bathing, animals also need water. All in all water is very important. Water pollution is water with trash, oils and dangerous chemicals, these chemicals aren't good for animals,or people because it's toxic.Plus there's lots of consequences. Some sources of water pollution are people spilling things, dumping trash and having dangerous chemicals near water, and it's not good for the water. These chemicals can kill people depending on what's in the water. Some consequences of water pollution are animals dying because the toxins.Another consequence is people can get really sick and die. I think we can improve water pollution by not throwing things in the water like trash, oil, gas. All those things can really pollute the water. Water is one of the most important resources there is,so we need to keep it clean by not littering. Water keeps us alive so keep it clean.

the water cycle starts at evapertion when any water source on the ground turns in to a gas called water vapor. when water vapor forms it rise in the sky and cools when this happens it is called condesation and it forms clouds. when clouds get full they rain, snow or hail this is called petipation.
