The movie I reviewed was ‘’The Hunger Games’’. This movie was based on a book written by Suzan Collins. It is about how America is split in to 12 districts after years of war and rebellion. Every year they hold a game which involves fighting to the death. The game consists of 12 boy and 12 girls. They are put into a arena and must survive the wilderness and each other. Katniss, a girl from district 12 volunteers when her sister gets called to be in the games. The boy that goes with her is named peeta. . I say it’s a good movie and I recommend watching it. People who like the books would like the movie.

On February 10th, 2012 Beyonce revealed pictures of her 1 month baby, Blue Ivy, online at a public website on tumblr and owned the rights to it so no magazines could use it. Blue ivy is there first child.
On the site it says ‘’ Thank you for respecting our privacy’’. They put exclusive rights so tabloids couldn’t use it. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon did the same with there twins in 2011.

Pottery and vases were very important in ancient Greece. They helped them survive for many reasons. They also helped with trade. Pottery was also used as a piece of art and as decoration.
Pottery had many everyday uses. At home it was used as a cup, bowl, dishes, to pour water in wine and plates. For survival it was used to keep food fresh and to transport goods and water. With harsh types of land pottery made life a bit easier for the ancient Greeks. Pottery was made by shaping clay on a wheel, decorating it, then baking it in a kiln for a long period of time. They used black and red paint for decorating the pottery. A lot of designs were influenced by Egyptians for the pottery. Pottery also made a lot of money which kept people in jobs. On the vases and the pottery they would draw battle scenes, Greek gods and goddesses, and everyday tasks.
Pottery was invented in 1000 to the 4th century of BC. There were different styles. Geometric style had narrative scenes, shapes and stylized figures. Another style was a Black-Figure pottery it became a very common style during ancient Greece. Finally there is the Red-Person style
Ancient Greek had many wonders but pottery was most affected in my opinion. We still use it today but for many reasons. Hopefully pottery will continue on in everyday life.

New Year resolutions always end up the same thing. On January 1st we set resolution for ourselves but, in mid-February we just give up the whole thing. Then why do we continue the resolution? How did this tradition start? Well we wouldn't be doing this is king Janus in 153 B.C where he started this tradition in early Rome when he named the beginning of a calender .
My first resolution is to do more chores around the house. My second resolution is to do all my homework. My final resolution is to spend more time with family.
