We have three 6th grade Science classes and two 8th grade Science classes blogging here from the Pacific Northwest in Chimacum, WA! Sixth graders are learning a bit about Mt Saint Helens, environmental science through fresh water ecology, and physical science this year. Eighth graders are learning about life science this year. Conditions of Use


KWL K. I know that batteries are rechageable, can be really big enough for cars, smaller than a dime for hearing aids, and has to be a compleate curcit in order to work.

W. what I want to to learn is why there is a positive and negitive sides, why do they die, and why are some batteries rechargeable.

L. And I learned that the shorter you charge them the shorter it last and the longer you charge them the longer it last.
