Friction

I learned that friction is the force that happens when 2 surfaces rub togetherwe measured friction by pulling it with a little scale thing, and it measured the force it takes to pull it with newtons.

Acidic and basic are two extremes thatdescribe chemicals, just like hot and cold are two extremes that describe temperature. Mixing acids and bases can cancel out their extreme effects; much like mixing hot and cold water can even out the water temperature. A substance that is neither acidic nor basic is neutral.
The pH scale measures how acidic or basic a substance is. It ranges from 0 to 14. A pH of 7 is neutral. A pH less than 7 is acidic, and a pH greater than 7 is basic. Each whole pH value below 7 is ten times more acidic than the next higher value. For example, a pH of 4 is ten times more acidic than a pH of 5 and 100 times (10 times 10) more acidic than a pH of 6. The same holds true for pH values above 7, each of which is ten times more alkaline—another way to say basic—than the next lower whole value. For example, a pH of 10 is ten times more alkaline than a pH of 9.

Mount St. Helen's is an active stratovolcano located in Skamania County, Washington, in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. It is 96 miles (154 km) south of Seattle, Washington and 50 miles (80 km) northeast of Portland, Oregon. Mount St. Helen's takes its English name from the British diplomat Lord St Helen's, a friend of explorer George Vancouver who made a survey of the area in the late 18th century.[1] The volcano is located in the Cascade Range and is part of the Cascade Volcanic Arc, a segment of the Pacific Ring of Fire that includes over 160 active volcanoes. This volcano is well known for its ash explosions and pyroclastic flows.

Water Pollution

If the water was polluted we would get sick and die. We could not drink water.It is caused by green house gases. Water pollution is caused by cars, company waste near bodies of water, and farm runoff. We cant have healthy lives with pollution in our water.

The sun beams at the clouds and the water collects within them. Now its rains and it goes in the sea. Now it does the same thing all over again. This cycle is made up of a few main parts: evaporation (and transpiration) condensation precipitation collection
