Do scientists come to your classroom?

After a little talk at the carpet, we went to our first station. There, my group learned what beam was the strongest.(Flat beam, U beam, and the corrugated beam) The corrugated beam was the strongest.

After that station, my group moved onto the Natral Structures station. There, we placed animal figures on a landscape, and learned how much flooding a beaver dam can make and how much flooding a manmade dam can make.

After recess, we made bridges out of tape and newspaper. All the groups sucseeded.

Scientist in the classroom is great! I can't wait until the next one.
