 Creature from the Deep  Are you interested in fossils? Well,in Alberta, Maggy Horvarth was digging with a big shovel, when she came across something unusual and tan coloured. She had found the upper backbone and neck of a huge fossil. It was a 100-million year old sea creature! Immediately, Maggy called her boss, and a paleontologist came to examine the discovery. Don Henderson told Maggy that the creature was called a plesiosaur. The reptile was 20 meters long, with a smallish head and short body. The plesiosaur was a predator, and predator fossils are very hard to find. What an amazing discoverey! Don't you think so too?
