 Totally Awesome Things That Are All About Me My family and pets! I have a twin brother. I’m technically older than him by two minutes, Connor (that’s his name) and my parents say it doesn’t mean anything, but I say it does! (Now for my pets) I was born with two huge furry creatures in the house (Great Pierinease , Mac and Zoë). Later, when I was two, we got two kitties, Winston and Shadow. Sadly, somewhat around that time Mac and Zoë both died from mouth cancer. A couple years after that we got Finnegan (Finn) another Great Pierinease and after that, Cassy a Golden Retriever. Finn died when I was seven, on Christmas Eve while we were at my Grandma and Grandpa’s house. Mom and Dad didn’t want to tell us so it wouldn’t ruin our good time, but when they did tell us, it was horrible. Then on my eighth birthday I got Hammie, my hamster, she had this cute little stripe around her middle that helped me pick her, and I’m so glad I did! Then Connor saw how cute and adorable hamsters are, and the next day, there they were, back at the pet store and came home with Hairy, Hammie’s twin brother, which goes nicely with the fact that Connor and I are twins. Then Cassy died from a tumor, which is horrible because it was a slow death and she died as she was getting out of the car to go to the vet. And two years later, when we were ready to start thinking about another dog, we got Cooper, who thought he was a lapdog the whole way home from picking him in the cities, he’s absolutely huge! Actually, he still thinks he’s a lapdog. Next came Luna! She was also a golden! (Back to my family) all of my relatives live in Michigan. We’re Dutch. My mom was born in Holland. She used to Dutch dance in the Tulip Festival (I think that’s what it’s called!). She always had to be the boy. She kept her outfit, and now it’s mine. My dad was born in Grand Rapids. I told you it was awesome! Next up, My Sports! My Sports I ski, both downhill and cross-country. I’ve been skiing for five years. When I downhill ski I go to Chester Bowl. Last year I started going to Mont du lac as well. But my favorite place is Boyne skiing. It’s a hotel in Michigan that we went to two years ago for Christmas. I also swim. I’ve been on the swim team for a year and it’s really fun. But I also play soccer, which I love. I’ve been playing since I was five. I play on two teams, Gitchi Gummi, spring soccer, or club soccer and Chester Park Lancers, recreational soccer. I’m also on the climbing club, which is super fun! Now, enough of all that, now it’s time for My Trips! My Trips A fact about me is that I’ve been a lot of places and I really like to travel. I’ve lived in three states, I was born in Lansing, Michigan, when I was about eighteen months old we moved to Indiana and then when I was five we moved to Duluth, Minnesota! I go to Michigan once or twice every year to see my relatives. I’ve been to Florida numerous times for Christmas and two summers ago we took a big trip west. We camped and hiked and went to Mount Rushmore and went to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone! Whew! That was a fun summer! Well, that’s it for now, folks!
