Portion Plate
Did you know that you should always have your kids eat healthy. Eating healthy will help your children bodies get stronger.
Fruits and veggies
Fruits and veggies are healthy things you can eat. There are a lot of kinds of veggies and fruits. I like to eat apples, oranges and pears. This is something adults can do when they go shopping, they can buy a variety of fruits and veggies and did you know your child should at least eat five serving of fruits and veggies.
Healthy meals
Also did you know that your child needs a healthy breath fast, lunch and dinner. A meal will give your child energy to run, jump, play.
And also it will help your children think and learn.
Dairy
And when you drink milk or eat yogurt your bones and your bodies will get stronger.
Exercise
And you should read at least 30 or 60 minutes a day. and don’t watch TV and stay on the computer all day get outside and exercise. You should always drink at least 8 cups of water or more.
And remember look up the portion plate that will help you choose your foods
Eat healthy.
