Sparklers
On spring vacation I went to my cousins house in Georgia. I was really exited to go there because, well, they live in Georgia and I barely get to see them. My dad, my brother, and my mom and I went to Georgia.
“Hi, Steph,” my cousin Joshua said to me.
“Hey,” I said back. ”Where is Lynn?” Lynn was my little cousin. She was about five or six years old.
“She is upstairs watching T.V.” I went upstairs.
“Hi.” She noticed my face right away and hugged me.
“Hi, Stephanie. I missed you,” Lynn said.
“I missed you too,” I replied back.
“Oh, my dad and Joshua and I are going to go to a store do you want to come? Yes or no?”
I didn’t know what to say so I just said, ”OK.”
We went in the car and droved all the way to the store. Then I saw the largest store ever.
“This is the store?” I asked my cousin.
“Yup, this is the store. Come on, take off your seat belts and lets go inside,” my cousin Joshua said.
At first I didn’t know what the store was, but then I saw TVs showing a picture of sparklers!
“We are going to buy sparklers?” I said.
“Yeah, we are going to buy sparklers.”
We looked through the store, and we bought two packets of sparklers.
“So when are we going to set off these things?” I asked.
“We are gonna' set them off tonight,” Joshua said.
We drove back to their house. It was already dark so it was time to set them off.
“Ready in three, two, one!” Joshua, Lynn, and I said. We set off the sparklers after.
“That was so much fun,” I said.
Whenever I go to Georgia I always want to set off sparklers.
