Dear Diary,
Well, this could be the last time I am ever gonna' write to yall’ and I am almost dead. It feels like just yesterday I left Texas and I cannot believe that I am almost in Oregon. The trail has been nice over the summer and fall and even spring. Sometimes I look up at the sky and imagine myself doing things. Achieving my dream is one of them. I am thinking of my ma and pa every minute of every day. Thinking about how they died by drinking and such. I also think of my home town back in Cuba. I was so happy there. I remember getting sent to Texas and living with my uncle Julio. I decided to come here because my ma and pa always said to me, “Follow your dreams, Juan. Just follow your dreams.” God, I miss them so much.
The trail has been hard. We had to make so many decisions along the trail. Just today we had to decide what to do, go back to Paradise or send scouts to Snow Pass. We chose Snow Pass. I have done so much since Independence. I got married and had seven kids. My wife is Dr. Dan’s daughter. I really hope my wife and kids still love me. I hope they know that I tried my best to make them happy.
I love you Jack, John, Juan, Rose, Abby, Melissa and William.
If any pioneers in the future find my diary, read this because this is the best thing that’s happened to me in a long time. Also decide carefully about what you should do.

Did you know that the sun gives light to the whole world?! The sun is made up of a gas called plasma. The distance from the sun to the center of the galaxy is 25,000 light years away.(A light year is the distance light travels in one year.) Did you know that if the sun moves back one inch everything on the earth will freeze and be dead? And if the sun moves forward one inch everything will burn? Of what we see of the sun, the temperature is about 5,500 degrees C. The sun is 1,000,000 times the size of the earth. It is the biggest star in the galaxy! The sun is 150,000 KM away from the earth. So remember, the sun gives light to the whole world, so don’t look up at the sun directly because it will burn your eyes.

HOW TO MAKE EGGS IN A PIE FORMAITION
1.GET EGGS
2.CRACK THEM IN A BOWL
3.PUT SOME MILK IN THE BOWL
4.GET A FORK AND STIR IT UNTIL THE BUBBLES ARE OUT AND ALL THE LINES ARE OUT.
5.IF YOU HAVE AN OLD FASHIONED STOVE, PUT THE HEAT ON
6. IF YOU HAVE A NEW ONE, PUT THE HEAT ON HIGH.
7.GET A SMALL PAN LIKE THE SIZE OF YOUR DAD'S HAND
8.POUR THE EGGS IN
9.PUSH THE EGGS TOWARD THE MIDDLE OF THE PAN WITH A SPATULA AND PRESS DOWN ON THEM AND MAKE THEM GO ALL OVER THE PAN IN THE SHAPE OF A CIRCLE.
10.WAIT TWO MINUTES AND TAKE A PLATE AND THE PAN. TURN THE PAN UPSIDE DOWN ON THE PLATE. PUT THE EGGS ON THE PLATE. PUT THE PAN ON THE STOVE. SLIDE THE EGGS OFF THE PLATE ONTO THE PAN.
10.WAIT ANOTHER TWO MINUTES AND WHEN IT IS DONE, PUT IT OUT ON THE PLATE AND...
BAM! YOU HAVE EGG PIE.

Mission
On Monday 2/13/12 my class and I went to Buehler Challenger and Learning Center. It is a place in New Jersey where children have to solve a mission in space. If you want to learn about everything I experienced, read this essay.
I was part of the life support team. In life support we did PH tests. We got to pour water into a cup and it was hard because it had too much or too little every single time. In mission control we had to see what the temperature in the spacecraft was. The most difficult part was when we had to pour the water in the cups because like I said it was always too much and too little.
This mission was so fun, and I would go back any day.

1. Think of something you like. For example, Broadway shows and musicals. Whatever you want.
2. Turn any way you want to. I prefer turning towards the door because you can see and here everything out side your bedroom.
3. Do not be disgusting right before you are about to go to bed. If you pick your nose and fall asleep, right after you pick your nose you will wake up the next morning with snot in you hair.
4. Feeling like going to sleep is your favorite thing in the world even though it is probably not. If it is, why are you watching my show?
5. Remember what I said in step 1? Do what you did in step 1, but do not think it. Do it. Wait until your parents yell at you. If they yell, you are amazing at this. If they don’t, I’m sorry but you failed.
6.Since you did all of this you get so tired and you just fall asleep and you are done.

The annoying girl who wrote a story about a girl in a red dress
that was stalking her
until she moved away to Spain to start a new living in a supper market
and five days after
moved away
the girl in the red dress was back
and she brought her best friend
named gusting mayflower
who was the girl's childhood friend
and they became the best of friends again
and the crazy girl in the red dress went to jail
because she was stalking the girl
and the girl in the red dresse's mother said she was going to sue for a strange reason
and it wound up that she went to jail too
and the girl and gusting moved back to Idaho and lived happily ever after
while the girl in the red dress
lived in a small room
with her mother
