I Had a Plan! I was so excited for my softball season to finally start! I had practiced throwing and batting and had warmed my pitching arm up! I had been to a few practices, but my first game was on Saturday! I was at school, and was talking about it to some of my friends, when we all decided to play monkey in the middle with a football. We had just started playing when someone pushed me to the ground. My finger jammed in to the dirt and twisted a funny way, so that it started swelling. Turns out, when I went to the doctor's office, they said my finger was broken. Broken. Now I couldn't play softball, or any other sport! I had been looking forward to pitch in my game, and to also play spring soccer. Now, I couldn't do anything. But, the good thing that I actually did, to support my team and do my coaches a favor, was that I helped cheer my team on, and helped my coaches with making sure everyone on the team knew where they were playing. At least the cast wasn't on as long as I thought it was going to be on. And it's a good thing that I liked the color of my cast. (light blue) :)
