)Inductive Reasoning and Patterns- Evaluates propositions. Patterns are things that occur over and over again.
)Functions-An input quantity that has only one value.
)Linear Equations-Expression that has an equal sign and has a linear expression.
)Slope- Steepness. mx+b is the formula.
)Direct Variation- When x increases, y also increases by the same factor.
)Systems of Linear Equations- A set of equations that you deal with all together and at one time.
)The Growth Formula and Interest-Used to see how much a population is growing. Also known as growth rate, and percent change.
)Inequality Relations-You can have less than, greater than, or equal to something to solve the equation.
)Linear Inequalities and Their Graphs- You use the slope and the y-intercept. The slope formula.
)Inverse Variation-The values of the two variables change into an opposite. One value will increase and the other value will decrease.
)Polynomial Operations-Collection of terms put together with addition or subtraction. No variable exponent, no fraction exponent, and no negative exponent.
)Quadratic Functions-f(x)=ax squared + bx +c is the formula.
