Hi it so good to be back on the blog! My summer is going great how is yours? I'm having a lot of fun this summer. I went to science camp and I did a lot of cool experiments like useing sun rays to make nature prints. I also learned how to draw a water and c02 molecules and we mad a model out of marshmallows and tooth picks! Just this past week Ben and I went to art camp it was different then I thought. In art class I made a children book called " Scott Finds His Talent" I did a good job! I have Been going to karate a lot and almost made my can black belt and my brother just joined also so he is enjoying it too! In Agust we are going to Knoebelswith our cousins and some friends I think it will be a ton of fun! I can't wait to vist you again in the fall Mrs.Griffin as a 5th grader! Hope your summer is going just like mine and ! Have a good rest of the summer!!!!

     do you like Easter break? Well I do and this is what I did over Easter break. On saturday we meet are cousins and hade lunch in Peddlers Village it was reallly good. I got a small salda, pasta, and a lot of pickles because I really like pickles. After lunch we went to giggle berry fair and played in the arcaed and got a lot of prizes. I got 675 ticets a new recored! Then we went on the careacell  that was also fun then we went into giggleberry mountain and went down the slid a few times then I got my prizes. I got a big ereaser. The next day the Easter bunny left use five dollars. So that was my Easter break.

This month my class was reading biographies, and I read a biography on Clara Barton.

I'm reading a biograph about Clara for an assignment for January. I know Clara was born in 1821 on december 25th and was the youngest of her family. Another fact about Clara is that one of her jobs was a teacher with kids her age and she was so good at teaching she got a teaching job where they only allowed men. Plus she got paid the same salary a man would get paid. One more fact I know about Clara is she public built a school in 1854 for all kids. Some questions I have are how was she a good teacher? Also where did she learn how to be a great nurse? My finally question is did she like being a teacher and nurse? So that is what the biography is about. Clara Barton

     Its time to screm and shout Christmas is heer! What do you like about Christmas I like Christmas because you get to see people smiling and saying 'hhaaa'. Also its fun to see the presents your parents and Santa got you and to see other peoples react of the presents you got them for Christmas. Then it is just fun to gather around and eat a special Christmas dinner with your family. my last reason why I like Christmas is to enjoy playing with the toys you get a to see eveyone having a great time on Christmas day. So that is why I like Christmas. Dont you? 

     Have you ever used a syringe befor in science? Well today I used a syringe in science to show the properties of matter with flour, water, and air and saw how they came out of the syringe and what happened when you cover the bottom. When we put flour in the syringe it came out a little at a time then it got stuck at the end of the syringe. When we put water in the syringe it was a lot diffrent it came out faster than the flour and in a strat line and flowing, but when we put our finger on the bottom of the syring the water sprayed all over the place. Also when we did air it came out all over and when we closed the bottom the plunger went back to the top because the air was traped. So that is what happens when you use a syringe.

        Do you like candy or what is your favroite type of candy? I like all the candy, but not dark chocolate because I just don't like chocolate. How much candy do you get each year is it the same or is it more or is it less? I get the same amount of candy each year.  I enjoy Halloween because you get to dress up, you also get to spend time with your friends, and you get free candy, but  Halloween only comes one time each year so that stinks well it least it comes. what is your favorite part about Halloween cause I like it all. Don't you like it too?

    Do you like Homework? I think homework is important because it can help you practices Math,  Spelling, and get you ready for a Test that is coming up.   Also it can be guide to most of the answers on your Test becaues most of your Homework is bast on what is going to be on your Test. Sometimes you think homework is a wast of time well it's not it will help you succeed in School and get smarter and it will make School seem really Easy.  What do you think of Homework now? Cause I think it is really  useful.
