My Diet

Over three day I tracked what I ate. The results were suprising. Here are the results. I avrigl ate 2 servings of milk I am sposto eat 3-4 servings. I avrigl ate 3 servings of meat I am sposto eat 1-2 servings. I avrigl ate 5 servings of fruit and vegetable I am sposto eat 6 servings. I avrigl ate 1 serving of grain I am sposto eat 6 servings and that is my diet.
