My three day diet.
My Class is doing a three day diet its not like a losing weight diet its just to see what we have been eating for the past fue days.I have to get about 5-9 fruits and vegatables every day.I dont think im geting enough. For grains I got a little to much you only need about 6-11 thats still alot of grains.I only got 2-3 dairy but you need 3-4 but thats still very close.I got the right amount of meat and alterateves you need for your body i got 1-2 and you need 1-2.
