Conditions of Use


My Food Diary Reflection I tracked my eating for 3 days. Based on Canada's food guide and how much a ten year old girl needs, I would say I am "average".

Day 1: On day 1 I ate 3 servings of dairy (I need 3-4 servings), 2 servings of meat and protein (I need 2-3 servings), 8 servings of fruits and veggies (I need 5-9 servings), and 4 servings of grain (I need 6-11 servings).

Day 2: On day 2 I ate 2 servings of dairy (I need 3-4 servings), 2 servings of meat and protein, (I need 2-3), 9 servings of fruits and veggies (I need 5-9 servings), and 6 servings of grains (I need 6-11 servings).

Day 3: On day 3 I ate 2 servings of dairy (I need 3-4 servings), 2 servings of meat and protein (I need 2-3 servings), 3 fruits and veggies (I need 5-9 servings), and 4 servings of grains (I need 6-11 servings). I could improve by having toast with peanut butter for breakfast. Or just a piece of toast, because I am low on grains. The biggest surprise was figuring out that I am having enough fruits and veggies, In thought I wasn't having enough.
