My Diet
I wrote down every thing I ate for three days and I learned that I am eating a lot less then I'm supposed to on every thing. Right now I am eating
1-2 dairy, 1 meats and protein, 4-1 fruits and vegetables and 3 grains. I would like to eat more dairy because I am still growing so I need more dairy. I could get more dairy in my diet by having a glass of milk after school.
