Area Formulas
I already learned how to find the area of a triangle, a circle, a parallelogram, a rectangle, and a trapezoid, but it's still important to know how to find the areas. For a triangle it's base•height/2, for a circle it's πr2, for a parallelogram and rectangle it's base•height, and for a trapezoid it's base1+base2/2•height. We proved how to find the area of a trapezoid in class, and I had a hard time with that. I now know how to prove it.
