Happy 2012 everybody!

The new year is always my favorite time.  It's a time for looking ahead, self-evaluations, and resolutions.  Making reforms and sticking to them is always hard, but looking back after you reach your goal is always satisfying.  Some of my goals for this year are getting to bed earlier, arriving on time for both school and my many other activities, and spending more time with my friends.  What are some of your resolutions for 2012?

While New Year's means resolutions, it's also a great time to look back on 2011 and all that occurred, the good and the bad.  In terms of family, I lost two loved ones last year. Rest in peace Nana!  However, there are several new babies in the family.  Looking back on some of the goals I made for 2011, I’m pleased with my successes, however few.  An example of one the goals I was able to reach is making the Varsity soccer team my freshman year.  In contrast, an example of a goal that I missed would be not getting the Presidential Award at the end of middle school (stupid B in Art!-_-).
