Ratio, Rates, Unit rates, and unit analysis Hello everyone, today I am going to talk about Ratios, rates, unit rates, and unit analysis. The difference between a ratio and a rate is a Ratio is a comparison using division and Rate is a ratio comparing two different units. A Unit Rate is a rate with a denominator of one. Where you would use this in real life is at a store when buying something that is on sale. What a Unit Analysis is the major entity that is being analyzed in the study.
