IF I were a famous singer or something, I definatley would not want people giving away my songs for free, even if they made a link to me. I think if you have posted something on the web, than it must be something that you wanted people to know, so I think it would be public property. If you want it to be your own, just don't post it! There is a relationship between plagarism and dowloading free music: There both usually illegal. Other than that, they are pretty different ideas. Pay attention to copyright!
