This week, we learned about Sin, cosine and tangent. There is an easy way to remember their ratios; SOH CAH TOA. It is very useful when trying to remember which ratios are which.

This week we went over Area formulas. Area formulas can be tough to remember, but I am remembering them better and better.

This week in geometry, we looked at special right triangle patterns. They make it more simple to find the sides of triangles. There is no good way to remember them so I'm going to have to remember them.

This week in geometry, we have been talking about the pythagorean theorem. I've done this multiple times so it comes very easy to me. I should have no trouble with it.

This week in geometry, we talked a little bit more about radicals. I enjoy them becuase we are working with the same thing in algebra 2 so this is much simpler than what I am doing in that class.

This week in geometry, we had a quiz on translations. I enjoyed this unit because most of it was working with drawings. I felt very good about the quiz after taking it.

This week, we had a test on quadrilaterals. I guess I'm not too good at quadrilaterals and maybe the fact that I missed 2 days didn't help.
