Conditions of Use
The first horseless carriages, the horseless vehicles were known as in the 18th and 19th centuries, they were propelled by steam instead of gas, propelled means worked of of steam. But however, this idea of making a carriage that was driven by electricity originated with this Scottish inventor his name is Robert Anderson; he built a crude battery-propelled carriage this happened sometime between 1832 and 1839. You can guess that the batteries rechargeable-- in fact, the lead-acid rechargeable battery that's used in most of the cars today wasn’t even invented but yet to know Anderson's electric vehicle didn't have much impact on the history of automobiles. But being something of a footnote in automotive history books, Anderson was the inventor of the electric car. I thought that his invention was quite inpressive. How inpressed were you when you read about him?
