There is a place where the sidewalk ends

and before the street begins,

and there the grass grows soft and white,

and there the sun burns crimson bright,

and there the moon-bird rests from his flight

to cool in the peppermint wind.



Let us leave this place where the smoke blows black

and the dark street winds and bends.

Past the pits where the asphalt flowers grow

we shall walk with a walk that is measured and slow

and watch where the chalk-white arrows go

to the place where the sidewalk ends.

 I enjoy this book because it has a lot of rymes. I have been reading this book since I little and I love it. Do any of you enjoy this book to?

 

Did you know that there are animals that act like plants and look like them? One animal is a sea anemone (uh-NEM-uh-nee) that how you sound it out. I think it looks like a flower because it was named after a beautifully-colored anemone flower. Did you the oceans of the world contain over 1,000 different species of all kind of sea anemones. In the tropical waters, the largest sea anemones can usually be found there. Did you that sea anemones are close relives of coral and jellyfish. Sea anemones mostly live attached to rocks on the sea floor or on coral reefs. I think thats why Sea anemones are relatives to coral. What is your oppinons. My wonder of words are reef, coral and relationship. Reef means to lower or shorten. Coral means a hard substance made up of the skeletons of certain marine animals (called polyps). Relationship means a being related.                                                                          .

Are Sea Anemones Plants or Animals? This is what I call dibs on.

In Zimbabwe most peole there go to church service on christmas day before they do anything else. After church they have partys at differant houses. Visiting all there family and friends as the head to their house. Some people there get their biggest speakers and then the start playing their favorite music very load. They wear they best clothes on christmas every year. It is differant for families because the only new clothes they get every year are clothes for christmas. Children from Zimbabwe belives that santa claus brings them presents early in the morning. The special food that they eat in Zimbabwe is chickin with rice. I would not want to live in Zimbabwe I could not take one day there. If I lived there I think I would trie get away from there. I don't like their traditions.

My Spatial Intelligenc

I enjoy drawing and doodlng I think it is a lot of fun!!! I love to color it's the best of all. I like videos, movies, and books they're alsome. I sometimes like to close my eyes and picture in mind what I am going to draw. I enjoy blueprints and maps alot. I do most of this stuff on my free time.

Bodily-Kinesthetic

I love to move around and I can't stay in one place for long. I enjoy doing alot of things not looking. I also like to use my hands alot. I love sports and activities,my favorite sport is Trank&Field also XC. It is lot's of fun doing these sports. One of my favorite activities is a puzzle, just to give me something good to do. I like to build and break and construct things.

Interpersonal

I love to be with a lot of pepole and I am a alsome leader. I like working in groups and I get along with others. I have lot's of friends and understand how others feel in bad situations. I love working with people.

Intrapersonal

I keep a lot of goals I need to work on for myself. I think it is cool to work alone but not all the time because sometimes you are going to need help. I know alot about myself an I have a strong sense of fairness. I have a lot of personal hobbies.

I like this video because the children do a lot of hands on stuff. They find ways to learn about themselves and work together. They connect to what they might be and they connect together. What I want to ask, is this school a magnet, charter,or public?

I like to move around alot. I can not stand in one place for in hour. I am very active in sports and I love sports. Can you guess what I might be.

I know that New York is a grate place to visit, all year around because of its grate temperatures. New york has nice winters and cool summers. people that live in the state experience all four seasons. I enjoy learning things about New York.
