Many kids love the sport basketball. James Naismith invented this sport. He lived from 1861-1939. He was the Canadian physical education instructor who invented basketball. He educated at the univercity of Mcgill. Would it be cool to invent your own sport?

My favorite nonfiction topic is ww2. I like this topic because it is interesting on how the sides had spys and how they traveled underground. Also my great grandad was the captin of a destoyer. I think the number was 99. The bad part was when the japs. had prison camps. If any americans were spotted the japs. would try to capture them and put them into the prison camps. Also the americans had camps too. When pearl harbor was attacked the usa put all japanese americans into internment camps. These camps were not prison camps.

Some of my favorate poems are by Syhel Silverstaein and DR.Seuss. I like their poems becouse of thier writing. I enjoy some themes like comics and survival. Alliteration and end ryme are easy for me to find. I will use many devices to write a poem. I have seen many people writing poems but my poems are in the middle.

By: Robert Frost
Fire And Ice
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
I picked this poem becouse it describes what Robert Frost feelings are. I think the world will end i fire becouse of global waming.

So far,in Tolivers Secret Ellen is taking the bread to her grandpa's friend, when she arives in the wrong city. So, she now has to travel, what she thinks is ten miles but soon relizes it is 13 miles. What suprized me is that she ask a man named Mr. Murdock to help her get there. He then tells her it is 13 miles to get to her destination. If onley they had cars back then. Mr. Murdock then takes her to his house. His wife is a little crazy in my opinion.Tolivers pants are very wet so she trys not to let her take them off. After that she runs out side and forgets the bread inside.
