September Freewrite.

Summertime is a time for flip flops, short shorts, tanktops and sunburns, but most of all summertime is a time for softball. This summer I didn't play softball, but I would have loved to. Instead of playing softball, I went to pitching lessons. I am a softball pitcher, but I wanted to improve my pitching, so I am currently going to a coach. Also, this summer I babysat my little cousins, Sofia and Azlyn. I also worked.

I went to California and drove back around the country with my family. The purpose of going on this trip was because my sister competed in the National Gymnastics Competition in Indian Wells, California. When I was out there, it was extremely hot. Everyday, it was at least 115 degrees. Most of the summer I slept until at least twelve in the afternoon. I love to sleep, as you can tell. I  hung out with my bestfriend during the summer, also. I basiclly had a pretty boring summer. This is what I did during the summer of 2011. I hope you enjoyed reading my summer blog.
