As you all may know if you read our current bloging topics my class has been reading Something Wicked This Way Comes and in this book a carnival comes to town that is full of freaks from an illustrated man to the most beautiful woman in the world well this poem is about a whole different breed of freak. This freak is called the outcast teenage girl that dosnt know her place in the world. Read on my fellow bloggers if you dare and read a poem written about the horrific everyday torture that this poor pathetic girl goes through. Come One Come all To the Freak show. Frizzy hair with no shape, Eyes so brown that they are incapable of showing emotion, Body that is a tad overweight, And last but not least a smile that shows no real happiness. The freak of nature! Come ladies and gentlemen and see her die is loneliness. Watch her squirm as you point fingers and laugh. Five dollars and you made ever get to see her cry. Watch closely as she climbs to her feet just to fall back down. Such a pathetic creature, Does she deserve to live? Do you think she would even mind if we killed her brutally right now? Go ahead throw your trash at her, But be warned Her bite is harsher than the meaningless words you shout at her. Her heart is twice as large as any of your sorry excuses for “hearts”. Call her a freak, call her a monsters, but in the end she will still love you for being here today. Ladies and gentlemen Look into the mirrors around you. Look at your scowling faces. Now you are the true freak show. Not she.
