How do you feel about life? Do you feel as if you should live it to fullest, because I do. I've learned many things in life, and here's some advice to you.
As we grow up we all learn that even the one person that was never supposed to let you down probably will. You'll have your heart broke, and you are bound to break others. You'll fight with your best friend, or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. Take too many pictures, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. You have to live life to the fullest, tell someone off, and tell someone how much they mean to you. Don't be afarid, and don't hold back. All you need is twenty seconds of insane courage and I promise you something great will come out of it. Speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't worry about what people think. Don't be afraid to take chance, or fall in love, and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend anger or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.
That is my advice to you. Someday everything will make perfect sense, so for now laugh at the confusion, smile through the tears, and keep reminding your self that everything happens for a reason. Live every day like it's your last because someday you just may be right.

Dear Freshy
Dear Freshy,
You’re official apart of the high school now. 9th grade is not what you expect it to be. 7th grade, and 8th grade piece of cake, but now that you’re in 9th everything changes.
First off your school work is easy at the beginning of the year, but then it gets harder, and harder. You have to actually put forth the effort if you want to do well. They won’t give you the answers they make you think about it. You will think they are “mean” but in all honesty they’re just doing their job. It’s okay to joke around and laugh sometimes, but not all the time. Teachers will let you fool around, and listen to music, but if you expect to get a good grade I suggest that you don’t. 9th grade is a lot of fun, and it flies by so fast.
Here’s my advice to you, try hard and do the best that you can. If you try then you’ll have no problem. I wish you the best of luck.
Sincerely,
Jessica

Sing it out "Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone." This quote is from the song “Love Story” by Taylor swift. This relates to Romeo and Juliet because they have to go some where, where it’s just them so no one finds out. I think this song matches Romeo and Juliet by the lyrics in the song. Not all songs can compare to Rome and Juliet's relationship, but I think this one does a very good job.
First of all this song relates to Romeo and Juliet by many different lyrics in the song. One of the first would be, "We were both young when I first saw you." This relates to the story because Juliet was only about 14 when she had met Romeo.
Another lyric line would be, "On a balcony in summer air." This relates to when Romeo climbed up the tree to see Juliet. "See the lights; see the party, the ball gowns. See you make your way through the crowd, and say hello. Little did I know that you were Romeo, you were throwing pebbles, and my daddy said stay away from Juliet." This compares to when Romeo and Juliet had met at the Capulet party Romeo and snuck into. It also relates that Juliet’s dad doesn't want Romeo (a Montague) anywhere near Juliet. This is a pretty accurate for an allusion.
Almost every single line has the ability to be compared to Romeo and Juliet. There may be one or two lines that don't relate to them, but the rest do. This is probably one of the best songs to compare the story to.
"Marry me Juliet you'll never have to be alone. I love you, and that's all I really know.” The song “Love Story” by Taylor Swift relates to Romeo and Juliet in so many different ways.

What does highschool mean to you? Let me give you mine. A drama filled place with jealous people, trash talkers, and a place where gossip never stops.
Why does high school have to be like this? Everyone's obsessed with who's the best dressed, and who's dating. Like to be honest people need to mind there own business. You always hear about who get's the money, who's kinda' cute & about those people that are just a mess. You'll never have the right look, and probably not the best of friends, nothing changes but the faces, the names, and the trends.
People get picked on by the "popular" kids, and all you ever hear is guess what so and so did. The only thing that matters is climbing up that social ladder. You always care about the hair, and the car you drive. It doesn't matter if your fourteen, or eighteen.
Teachers wonder why we hate coming to school. Well maybe if this wasn't what our school was all about we wouldn't have a problem.

Let me put everyone on blast here for a second. Girls, you want a nice boy with long flipy hair, a nice body, sense of humor, and for him to be nice to you, yet you walk all around summer with your butt half way out of your shorts. You flirt with other guys, and expect them to be nice, and understand yet you don't let them do it? When you act like that no one will respect you. You complain about them all the time so why on earth would they bother to stick around? I understand where you are coming from sometimes, but really catch a grip.
Boys, you want a good girl who's pretty, likes to have fun, and that would do anything to make you happy, but you treat them like complete crap. You want someone who will put a smile on your face even when you're mad. You say what they want to hear, and not even how you really feel. After you do that so many times no girl is going to want to date you. How do you ever expect to get a girl friend like that?
Girls are dumb, guys are dumb. Boys are flirts, girls are flirts. Girls are players, guys are players. Everyone is going to get their heart broken if you act like this. It's a part of life, and the bad thing is all of you are exactly the same.

Think about the movie The Wizard Of Oz. Do you relate to any of the charcaters in the story?
Dorthy-Alicia
Alicia would be Dorthy because she seems like the type a person that would walk around and tap her shoes, and would dream of very weird things.
Toto-Lauren
Lauren would be toto because she is a very good person, doesn't get into a lot of trouble, and Toto always runs away from things that would get him in trouble.
Scarecrow-Erin
Erin would be the scarecrow because he doesn't have a brain. Erin is a very smart girl, but sometimes she doesn't have a lot of common sence. She gets distracted very easily, and laughs about everything.
Tinman-Abbey
Abbey relates to the Tinman because sometimes she may say stuff that hurts, but she never really means it. The Tinman doesn't have a hurt, and sometimes Abbey doesn't either.
Lion-Daniel
Daniel would be the Lion because he's scared to show how he really feels towards some people, doesn't show people who he really is, and acts all big and bad.He is like the Lion because in the movie the Lion acts like he isn't afraid of them when he really is.
The Bad Witch-Tori
Tori would be the bad witch because if anyone killed her sister then she would do anything to get back at them just like the bad witch did.
The Good Witch- Lacey
Lacey would be the good witch because she always trys her best to help people out. She's so nice and caring just like the good witch.
The Wizard- Jesse
Jesse is the wizard because he'd help someone if they really needed it. He'd also want the bad people to be dead.
The Munchkins- Jessica, Sam, Hailey, Emily, Bree, Chris, and Alicia.
All of these people would be the munchkins because they are always there for eachother. They are always usually together and have so much fun.
Do you think you could relate to any of the characters?

Nemo's father was looking all over for him. He knew that something very badly had happened to him. His father had met a friend on his way to find Nemo. Her name was Dory. She was very funny, but somewhat annoying. She helped Nemo's father with directions to get to P Sherman 42 Wallaby Way Sydney.
Along the way, they had run into some turtles. The turtles knew how to get there. They showed them a faster way, and took them down the Eastern Australian Current. His father finally made it to where Nemo was at.
Nemo was in the fish tank with some friends he had made. They tried so many things to get him out back into the ocean to find his father, but no matter what they tried they couldn't get him out. A little girl came in and wanted to buy Nemo.
His father had meat a bird that helped Nemo's father out. He came into the window where Nemo was at. He knocked everything off the table. Nemo had fell out of the little fish tank. Nemo rolled over to the toilet, and got flushed down back into the ocean.
Nemo finally meat up with his father, and his new friend Dory. They were so happy they found each other. They went back home and lived happily ever after.

Winter sports start to come into place, but some people don't think what I do is a sport. I think it's considered a sport because you have to work just as hard. Just because it's not a major one it doesn't mean anything.
I'm a cheer leader. I hate it when people tell me cheer leading isn't a sport because it is. You have to lift someone in the air, and keep the sturdy while they twist and turn. Looping your hands together to through them up so high. Getting hit, slapped, kicked, elbowed, and kneed, but you just shake it off because you have to keep going.Practicing for 3=three hours to make your self better. Sweating so much because you've been dancing, doing kart wheels, round offs, and even when you run out of a sweat you still keep going. You build up your strength until you can't take it anymore. You cry, bleed, break bones, and get bruises.
I'd like you to try cheer leading if you think it's not a sport. Try it for a week, and see how it feels. Actually just try it for a day, and then you can tell me cheer leading isn't a sport.

What is a hero to you? Isn’t it someone who saves lives? Someone who isn’t scared of other people? I don’t consider teachers a hero because you really talk to teachers about anything other than school work, they don’t really care unless you don’t do your homework, and they don’t talk about stuff that is bothering you.
You look across the road and the grass is greener over there. How is it greener? How could it be different grass? I don’t think grass is greener on the other side because the world has the same seasons we do, all grass is the same, grass is greener on the side is just a figure of speech.

During the summer this year I got to go to the beach with my dad. I absolutely love going to the beach. I go there for a week every summer, and it never gets old. I love putting my feet in the hot sand, and listing to the wave’s crash on the shore. In the morning I see dolphins go across the ocean, and the sun rise is beautiful.
I go in the water as the waves run into me, and knock me over. It can be scary to some people, but to me it’s not. I watch the surfers ride the waves into shore, I want to be a surfer someday, but I am afraid of getting attacked by a shark. This was the best summer of my life. I can't wait to go back next year.
