I know I don’t have the best history, but it’s made me who I am today. Everything that has happened in the past; being taken from my mother, separated from my brothers, adopted, sexually abused, and my parents told me I wasn’t allowed to see my brothers Michael and Jacob anymore, has made me realize how much life meant to me, and how I have been taking what I had for granted for my whole life.

My family isn’t going to be around forever, and despite all of our fights, I know they will always love me, and I will always be their daughter. <3 You only get one life, one life, to be everything you have ever wanted to be. Now isn’t the time to make big decisions, now is the time to make mistakes. Make as many mistakes as you can, because nothing is permanent! The mistakes you have already made made you the person you are today!

Even if you’re not proud of who you are, no matter your background or where you come from, or what you do now, you are unique and special in your own way! You are who you are. There is no one else like you in the entire world!! I am proud of who I am. And despite everything that has happened to m in my life, it has made me the person I am today. I love who I am, and so do my friends and family. I am my own person, and a result of all of my experiences. We all are.
